Experienced Bookkeepers

We are growing and require experienced bookkeeping staff who are friendly, dynamic and outgoing with full-cycle bookkeeping experience to join our professional team. Preference will be given to those with public accounting practice experience. Our employees get involved in a variety of assignments which provide an opportunity for personal growth to gain valuable experience.

Accounting Pulse provides a highly flexible work environment that the successful candidates will have the flexibility of working remotely from our office located in the Greater Toronto Area. The position can be either full or part time.

The successful candidate will have the following desired skills and attributes:

able to produce high quality work under demanding circumstances

flexible, innovative and able to solve problems creatively

independent but who can also collaborate effectively with others

proficient with use of QuickBooks, Simply Accounting and/or ACCPAC

execellent communication (written and verbal) and client management skills

committed to ongoing personal and professional development

Experienced Sales / Marketing Coordinators

You will be responsible for all sales activities from lead generation through close. You will work closely with our founders to develop and implement marketing plan which will expand our customer base through various online and offline channels, including managing email marketing campagins, identifying potential new business opportunities and partnerships. You will be people person who are independent, creative and internet savvy.

Accounting Pulse provides a highly flexible work environment that the successful candidates will have the flexibility of working remotely from our office located in the Greater Toronto Area. The position can be either full or part time. For the right candidate, the position can be on contract basis.

The successful candidate will have the following desired skills and attributes:

Ability to build relationships with our customers

Ability to source and develop client relationship and referrals

Ability to identify and build effective Centers of Influence Network

Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales and follow-up activities

Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on the business owners, direct mail, email, and network

Proven ability to achieve sales quotas.
