Payroll Processing and Administration 
 
We provide comprehensive payroll processing services to businesses across Canada.  Our services include:

Calculating wages/salaries, source deductions (federal and provincial tax, CPP and EI), other deductions and taxable benefits etc.;

Preparing payroll slips and cheques;

Preparing source remittance slips and cheques;

Preparing Records of Employment (ROEs) each time an employee experiences an interruption of earnings;

Calculating premium and preparing remittance slips and cheques for Workplace Safety & Insurance Board (WSIB);

Calculating premium and preparing remittance slips and cheques for Ontario Employer Health Tax (EHT);

Preparing payroll journal entries;

Preparing annual T4 information returns;

Preparing annual WSIB returns;

Preparing annual EHT returns;

Preparing annual T5018 information return if you are in constrution business to report payments made to subcontractors for construction services; and

Reconciling payroll records of your business with that of the Canada Revenue Agency, WSIB and Ontario Ministry of Revenue and resolving all discrepancies and disputes.

At your discretion,

the payroll payments and tax remittances can be made by cheques or direct depsoits; and

the payroll slips can be delivered by email or e-post.

Your Benefits include worry-free of any potential interest and penalty charges for non-compliance of any of the following payroll remittance and filing obligations:

timely remittance of required source deductions, WSIB and/or EHT premiums;

timely filing of ROEs;

annual filing of T4 information return by February 28 of the following calendar year;

annual filing of WSIB reconciliation form by March 31 of the following calendar year;

annual filing of Ontario EHT return by March 15 of the following calendar year; and

annual filing of T5018 information return due 6 months after the end of the chosen reporting period.

All we need from you are:

Listing of current employees with their personal information, wages/salaries and taxable benefits where applicable;

For new hire, date of hiring and their personal information, wages/salaries and taxable benefits where applicable; and
